Your marks mentioned above which is 526 in neet 19 is really good enough to fetch you a government college if not by 1st counseling, atleast you should make it by other level. You can try for both all indja and state quota but as seats being less and depending on your category, chances might vary. 

But as you are willing for ms ramaiya clg, bangalore, you must be aware that its a private college so fees would be really higher. 

But if fees is not an issue, you can easily get in that college with 546 marks as your marks is good enough for any private college mbbs admission.
