If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in some of the government colleges in telangana through state quota .
You can get the following colleges

Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal(529 marks)
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad(493)
Government Medical College, Nizamabad(511)
