Hello,

With 550 marks, your expected rank will be 24150 - 28300, you haven't mentioned your domicile state and category as this is important because states have different cut-offs for AIQ and state quota, now coming to your question if only you belong to SC/ST category, you can get GMC seat in UP with your given marks whether through AIQ or State Quota.

The reason being as per previous year data through AIQ the cut-off for general category are high by 42 marks compared to yours, and for state quota the least marks required to secure a seat in GMC under 85% state quota for General/OBC/EWS has been 575 marks, 573 marks and 575 respectively for Autonomous Medical College,Bahraich.

Cut-offs change every year and based on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc,

Hello Aspirant,

As you have not mentioned your Home State so considering it as Delhi according to your profile and category as general.

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question and considering your Home state you have go through All India Quota counselling to get seat in UP. On the basis of marks scored by you, you have some chances of getting into some Government Medical Colleges of UP in All India quota according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

In 2018 the lowest cut-off marks was 547 for Government Medical College, Banda and Government Medical College, Jalaun under All India quota for General category.

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.
