With 550 marks in NEET and as you belong to the SC category you seem to have various options for admission under the All India quota. You seem to have a fair chance of admission under All India quota under mostly all the states. Like in medical colleges in Delhi the last score for SC category to get admission was 508 and a  rank of 18654. Other than this chances in other state's college like Karnataka, Tamil nadu, Maharashtra are also good. You seem to have a fair chance in top colleges like KGMU, Lukcnow, Grant Medical College Mumbai, Seth medical college, Mumbai etc too.
