In this percentile it is very difficult for you to get any of the NITs or IIITs . So, i would suggest you to keep private colleges as a back up such as VIT Vellore , SRM University.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
