First of all congratulations on such a good score of 556. The admission in any government college not only depends on your neet score but also on your category and state off domicile. If you are a resident of Kerala and belongs to any reserved category than you can get admission in any government college in the state. But if you belong to general category then it'll be difficult for you to get a seat. But Pariyaram medical college is still available for you as it is a self financing government controlled medical college with a cutoff of 522 marks as of 2018.

you can get govt medical college in kerala if you are scoring 556 marks. as per prvious year the cut off of kerela under state quota was 

• 597-558 marks for general 
• 471-385 marks for sc 
• 360-270 marks for st

we are not sure about this year cut off as cut off changes every year depending upon no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. but i can say that you are at safer side  no matter which category you belong to. so hope for great result.

according to last year Cutoff you are at the border line.Last year the lowest Government College cutoff was at 558 marks..the Cutoff of this year Can go On either side.
