Well, securing 55k OBC rank in JEE MAINS may not be enough for getting admission into any of the NITs. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges like Amrita university, Vellore institute of technology and other at the time of counseling.
