Based on previous year cutoff you could get many colleges based on your rank but if you want best then you should go for less demanded branches like Chemical, civil. Sai, I actually don't have accurate data regarding data because Chemical engineering is available only in some colleges not all so there will some competition and it also depends on caste if you belong to a reserved category then you may have chances.
