It is difficult to predict the exact TS EAMCET rank because it depends upon too many factors. According to you, you got 56 marks in TS EAMCET 2021 then your rank would be around 40000-50000 . There is chance to get admission to some B.Pharma colleges in Telangana that are accepting TS EAMCET scores such as

Balaji InstituteOf Pharmacetical Science

Smt Sarojini Ramulamma College of Pharmacy

Mother Teresa Pharmacy College, etc.
