Now coming to your admission then it depends on category if you are in SC category then there is a good chances that you get reputed government colleges and if you are from general category then also chances are good to get government colleges because your marks are in safe zone i.e;540-630 marks. Congratulations on getting 560 in neet 2019.According to the cut off of neet 2018 the general category cut off for AIQ was around 560 marks so you have a chance this year of getting a government college this year though AIQ.

Also 560 marks are good when seen as getting a seat through state quota as in mist of the state's the cut off of neet 2018 was around 540.Still I depends on which state domicile you have but according to me you have a good chance of getting MBBS government medical college.
