For your rank 5606 general rank in upsee it will be difficult to get any government college as it is too high. But as you have ews category certificate, you have a reservation of 10% seats. So you might have a little chance but you have to wait till spot round of counselling to get a college and it might not be in the branch that you desire. So also try for some good private colleges like AKG,GALGOTIAS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, etc.. I hope it helped you
