Yes it quite possible to get seat in few colleges of Haryana. I'll suggest you to try through All India Quota if possible because through that you may get some better colleges in different states. In Haryana you will get some average to lower level colleges but in other state you can get their top colleges like you can try PMCH Bihar which is much better.
