The last UR Candidate to get in through had a score of 533 corresponding to a rank of 11,253 procuring a seat in the college Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur.

As per the trends, your rank of 15,127 actually falls behind than this cutoff making it difficult for your admission to one of the colleges.
Still, I would suggest you to wait till the last round of counselling as well as take part in AIQ and hope for the best.
