Hi,

Sorry to inform you but you are not eligible in open round counseling of Aiims ug counseling. People who score even 95 percentile are dont get chance. In order to be eligible for open round counseling you need to score more than 98.1246748 percentile(cutoff) , then only you can be on eligible for open round if you belong to UR category.
