Yes, for sure you are getting a seat in government Medical college in UP through both State and AI counselling. Just go for the state counselling first as it will help you to fetch a better college and also be careful if u go for AI counselling in the second round as you want to be allowed to resign your seat even if you will be getting a better seat under state quota.
