Yes you can but not through JEE as their is a criteria of minimum 75% btw from which board you have completed your class 12 if you are under top 20 percentile from any other board then also you are eligible for jee your future depends on your labour even if you start preparing from now you can achieve much more than anyone

Yeah definitely you can able to take the private institutions of engineering colleges but with this score you can't be able to get the government engineering Colleges . And coming about the future point of view the more you do the hardwork the more your result will become sweetier. So if you think that this percentage is not enough for you then you can also take the drop or Class 12th exam as well otherwise with this also you can go that totally depends upon you.
