Yes you might face this problem .The minimum criteria of each company is:

• 60% in 10th & 12th
• 70% in Engineering
• No drop in any semester / year throughout course.
• Age less than 24 years

So you will suffer at that time.If you want to do engineering ,there is a solution you can appear for improvement exam and give the board exam again so that your percentage might increase and you will be eligible .You can contact your school or college from where you have  done intermediate to fill this improvement exam form.They will provide everything you will need.

NOT AT ALL, the companies which visit colleges for campus placements, Most of them Does Not care about Your 12th Marks For the criterion of Shortlisting they Just have college CPI cutoffs, No consideration to 12th, However in Interview they may see Your performance but they won't reject You on that basis If You are Good at the skill for which they are Hiring, Even I have seen cases where Interviewer Does not see CV in the Interview, But remember there may be very few Companies who may set some criterion on 112th Percentage but remember this will be not more than 1%.
