your marks is great, but the aiq rank is going to male it difficult for you to get seat in government college if you are UR. see this:https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up . according to last year cut off , the range is 2318-11270 .only one college in Etawah had 24680. but still dont give up hope , go for the counselling till the end round, i really hope you get a college.

As per your marks it would be very easy for ypu to get the govt. Seat in your home state UP. The cutoff marks for the govt. Medical college in UP for the state quota in last year were 469 with the rank 4362 in the Dr. Ram manohar lohiya medical institute. So go for the counselling rounds through the state quota and you can have your seat in the medical college. DMET, Lucknow is the responsible authority for releasing the cutoff of NEET UP 2019 in online mode. UP MBBS NEET cutoff 2019 will be released for each category including General (unreserved), SC/ST/OBC (reserved) and PwD aspirants. The last rank of an aspirant who will get admitted in the respective college will be considered in the NEET cutoff 2019 UP as per their respective category.
