Hello aspirant ,
I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics you can not get any nits/iiits/gftis in special round as your rank is too low to fetch you one ,still you can try for some north eastern nits such as nit meghalaya, nit Sikkim, nit tripura, nit manipur.
But still chances are too low.

As per mentioned in your question your category rank is very high and the number of seats in the special round is very less so the chances of you getting a seat is very less but don't lose hope and at least give it a shot.All the best for the future.
