Yes, you are eligible for IBPS PO Exam.

To appear in IBPS PO Exam you only need a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

If you in your final year of your graduation, then also you can apply for the exam. But you must obtain your degree at the time of Interview.

To be eligible to write the IBPS PO examination, the candidate need to have a degree certificate no matter what the percentage is. Even the canndidates with percentage with less than 59% are eligible to write the examination.
