Without giving any kind of fake hopes i would like to tell the truth and that is NO!

ECE in Top 10 with 59 marks is not possible at any cost!

With 59 marks you might get a rank above or around 50K and ECE in top 10 colleges ends somewhere around 15-20K.

So, No Chance!
