as prateek has already mentined that last year rank scale was around 404 and hence you might not get the desired college, VIPS for BJMC although you can apply for other good colleges that lie in your marks range.

It doesnt seem likely. Last year the highest rank was 404. From the looks of it you will be able to secure either maharaja agarsen or jaggan which are pretty good as well
