Last year the cut off was as follows for admission to Computer Science Engineering in Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur for OBC-NCL-PWD category

• Home state: 84
• Other state: 111

This was the cut off in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. Considering the cut off you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in the preferred institute. However, you have decent chances to get seat in National Institute of Technology, Srinagar in CSE and slight chances to get seat in National Institute of Technology Nagaland in CSE. The cut off was 733 and 520 for NIT Srinagar and NIT Nagaland respectively.

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Closing OBC PwD rank for VNIT Nagpur was :-

• Computer Science and Engineering branch - 84 (Home state quota)

So you have NO chances to get VNIT Nagpur with Computer Science and Engineering  branch even if you have Home state quota.
