Hi Sub hash,

First of all congrats on securing such a amazing score. Yes you can get Medical college in Mysore or anywhere. Official NEET result will be out on June 5th 2019 and then the counseling for All India Quota (AIQ) 15% will be conducted on NEET website at the end of June 2019.
