see cut of score changes every year and depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, stream of engineering you may opt for, seat matrix etc. however at this score you have less chances for iits, but you have decent chances for nits, iiest shivpur, jadavpur university, vit vellore, punjab engineering college- university of technology etc.

The exact prediction about the colleges is difficult as the cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the question paper,the number of candidates appearing in the examination,category of the candidates etcetra.Mechanical Engineering is a vast branch and M.Tech offers specialized course and every institution offers various subjects within Mechanical Engineering and cutoff is different for all. However,your score is a bit less for IITs and good NITs.
