Dear Candidate,
With a JEE Main rank of 6,00,000 and 55 percentile, getting admission to B. Tech Computer Science in Delhi is very unlikely . Top state universities like GGSIPU have closing ranks for CSE well below your rank , and private colleges also have higher cutoffs . You may have better chances in other branches like Mechanical or Civil Engineering or by looking at colleges in other states with lower cutoffs .
