Yes, when you clear 75% in PCM in 12th standard then you will get NIT college but if you have compartment in Physics after clear this you are eligible NIT college,96 percentile is better for NIT.

This year under the COVID-19 pandemic the rule of getting minimum of 75% in boards to qualify to apply for NIT has been relaxed. You can apply for NIT if you have passed +2 boards.

After clearing your compartment you will be eligible to apply for NIT.

Eligibility to get a seat in NIT colleges is to score minimum 75% marks in PCM. Though your Jee main score is quite good score. You must fulfill other eligibility criteria for getting NIT college. Once you clear Physics exam you will get Admission  but make sure your  total PCM score is 75%.
