Hello Aryan,
While an 80% score in your board examinations is a good score, a 60 in KCET will most definitely dampen your chances at getting a low rank. Given the number of applicants and the kind of competition there is amongst the KCET applicants, it is highly unlikely that you will get a rank that can guarantee an admission into the top colleges in the state.
To get an idea of how your rank might be, you can always compare the previous years results to get an estimate of your rank.
I would also suggest that you go through the ranking criteria to better understand the ranking process.
