With 60 marks, your JEE mains percentile would be ranging in between 87 and 90.
Your rank will be ranging in between 100000 and 200000, mostly with that rank,you can get into NIT colleges which are not known but are reputed. But you can't expect all the core branches even in that NIT as there will be high competition for the admissions into every NIT.
So, try to get into the college which you'll get the admissions rather than only wanting to get into the core branches or the top NIT.

Chances of getting a top NIT at this marks is less, but you will definitley get a seat in some new NIT till final round.
