Hello aspirant !
Well if you are looking for government engineering college then I am really sorry to say but 60 percentile you wont get any good government college.
Also it is depend upon your category too ! Please mention your category too !
Your your category is general then your chances are very low .
May be you can try for the lower colleges for b.tech.
But i will suggest you to get best one
If you can only .
But yes try your level best to get admission in your interested college.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to, which is an important deciding factor for predicting the colleges. But, With 60 percentile, it becomes difficult to secure a seat even in the government colleges.
