The cut off marks and rank for every state is different as the number of applicants and number of seats available in every state differ by a certain number. Therefore, to predict the chances of admission in government colleges you will need to specify the state in which you will be applying and also your category. I assume you belong to general category and therefore, chances of admission in your state might be high. However, the cut off in every state is different so it is only possible to estimate your chances and not guarantee the admission in the colleges.
