As per the eligibility criteria for admission in AIIMS, you need to have an aggregate of 50% minimum in your qualifying examination. Along with that, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English are the mandatory subjects in your qualifying examination. You should be minimum 17 years of age and there is no upper age limit.
