Considering your are talking about the engineering colleges of Assam as you are from ASSAM.With this rank your rank will be like 3800-4000. To be honest with this marks or rank you dont have any chance to get into AEC.It is next to impossible for you to get into AEC.It seems difficult for you to get into JEC and JIST also.You can try for some other colleges.Best of Luck!!!
