You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you do not have any chances of getting into IIITs and NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this percentile.

Note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
