cutoff depends on students category and number of candidates are participating on exam.

Dear Jayant, you haven't mentioned your Category and the State you belong to. For example, you have a clear winner if you belong to States like UP, West Bengal, Bihar, Karnataka, HP, MP, AP, Telangana. Again every State has its own cut offs for each Category.
