Hope you are doing fine! Your performance in AP EAMCET is below average. With above mentioned rank of 61000 you may not get admission in any government college in Computer Science Engineering branch. However , you may try getting admission in many of the Private colleges where you may also hope to get scholarship. You can also drop a year and prepare very hard for next year's entrance examinations. Hope this answer helps!
