i am afraid not, minimum criteria required for being selected for counseling round is 75% in PCM and 65% aggregate. and moreover they not only consider JEE marks while ranks calculation but also the boards marks, seeing low board marks and a not so high JEE tank, i would advise you to look for other options.

i dont about this year brother but one of my friend got 254 marks but he doesnt have above 70% in 12th board so he dint got seat , and i have 1lack jee mains rank i got the last nit patna , yours is 1.50 lack.. so less chances try any how, and one more obc category is only seen when ranking , not for seat alloting , even i was under obc category and i got 93 marks in jee mains in 2015

actually if you want to get seat in nit then you shoud have 70% in 12th board , any how with that rank you might not get any nit so try for other engineering colleges near by 

You could get admission if you belong to reserved category otherwise chances are pretty low.
