As you have mentioned that you have got 62 percentile in JEE mains and taking into consideration that you belong to sc category so let me tell you that your predicted rank would be around 4L.

So even if I consider your category still it is very difficult to get a better nit like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela. But you may go for mizoram,Srinagar,Agartala if your home state is one of these.
