Your jee advance rank will most definately not fetch you a seat in CSE at any IITs sadly. But you can use yoir jee main rank to your advantage. Not the top tier NITs but you can still get cse at north eastern nits. If you dont want that then try to get into a good nit and then shift branches after 1st year but thats a bit risky and subject to availibility in that branch. All the best.
