As per your question,at this rank you may not get CSE branch as CSE as well as ECE branch is the most competitive branches in today's trends so at this rank you may not get CSE branch in government colleges. You can get get any other core branches but you have low chances yo get CSE in government colleges.

But you may try some good private colleges where you can get CSE branch as per open category.

You may get colleges like :-

1) Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, Guntur

2) GMR Institute of Technology, Rajam

3) Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Madanapalle

4) Aditya Engineering College, Surampalem

5) Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam

You may apply in these good rated colleges as per their cutoff and you relevant rank. But it may change as per this year cutoff as cutoff depends on various factors. So as per last year trends you may get these kind of colleges.
