From this year JEE MAINS is being conducted by NTA(National Test Agency). And from this year many of the colleges are taking students on the basis of JEE MAINS.
Since you haven't given JEE MAINS therefore you are not eligible to take admission in all the colleges that can be taken on the basis of JEE MAINS.
Other than these colleges there are other colleges which you can choose for CS -

As you have not given the JEE mains exam,so there are no chances of getting any government,NIT or IIT college.Now with your this percentage,you can only apply for the different private colleges and universities of india if you are interested. Some of the best university conduct the separate entrance exam for admission on the basis of which they give admission for the students. You can apply in these universities-
