*Yes you can get the free seat in agriculture as you are from EWS. For general if your parents have income less than 2 lacks per annum then you are eligible for a free seat in BSC agriculture in telangana and rank should be less than 20,000.If you don't have an income certificate than you can apply for government seat or management . Also you need to the admission through the ts emcet counselling in order to secure the seat.

*For UG courses, general category candidates must have atleast 50% marks in 12th, obc and st/sc category students should have 40% marks in class 12th boards

You must take admission through the TS EAMCET counselling in order to be eligible to get free seat. Candidates securing rank below 10,000 will get free seat regardless of their categories.
