I am not hundred percent sure but with 64 marks in ap eamcet you may get rank somewhere between 15k-17k.

On the other hand you should know that ap eamcet rank also depends on the  aggregate marks you got in your intermediate i.e 25 percent of you score will be calculated from your this score.
