According to the category and percentage you indicated in your query, you have no possibility of getting into any B.Com (/B.Com) institutions. since the cut-off for the General category is typically higher and this year it was about 88 percent for that programme under Delhi University.

So if you wish to enrol in a B.Com (/B.Com) programme at any Delhi University college. In order to increase your chances of earning a seat, you should have at least a 90 percent grade in class 12th.

Further, i request you to mention college too.
