Hey binay.

U have not provided ur branch in which u have appeared and scored marks in GATE exam so it is difficult to say about getting the top notch facility from the entrance exam. 

But seeing ur marks I can surely say that u r well above the cut off region and about getting PSUs it might be difficult because if the standard of the paper this year. Since the paper was easy the cut off will go high surely.

yes,there are more chances for you to getting into PSU.but the cut-off value/qualifying score needed for PSU's may vary with different psu's.but if you score 65,then you'll have more chances on PSU's recruitment(since your category is ST).please refer the following links:
