As you have secured 65 marks in CEE 2019 in St category , so it's quite difficult for you to make it to the top engineering college under Assam CEE.
So, definitely you won't get AEC.
But you can try for other engineering college participating in CEE.
So, go for the counseling process and look for the college that suits you best according to your marks.
