Sry Admissions in a college through your jee mains ranking is not possible since u didn't scored gud in it.
However your uptu ranking can fetch u an average college of Aktu...
Here's some colleges which u can fill in the counselling of AKTU which begins from June 25th-
BBD LUCKNOW
ABES GAZIABAAD
PSIT KANPUR
MORADABAD INSTITUTE

However getting CSE as a branch will be Tough if u want an average college ,unless u want CSE and u are willing to go in just any college(bad) I won't recommend choosing it...
If u  are not satisfied with the results and have gud motivation that u can achieve better results next year ,take a drop and prepare.Else the above College options u can consider.
Because it's not worth spending 7-8 lakhs(private colleges of uptu) on a course if u can't even get an average job of 3lpa,most colleges of uptu are not gud and don't even give his placements...
