Since your mentioned marks are good and your rank maybe between 10,000 to 12,000.For this you can get a good college and if you belong to reserved category, it can help more. For cse group you may get colleges like

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, CVR College Of Engineering,Kakatiya Institute Of Technology and science etc.You can also try for government institutes like Jntu's
