I got 65 percentile in jee main in general categories can i get any Nit college and where

Unfortunately no. At your percentile, it's not possible for you to get NITs. You might have a faint chance at some lower tier NITs and some lower tier courses like Biotech in NIT Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa etc in later rounds like round 7 or 8, and especially if you are a reserved category student.

Other than that, chances are null.
