The eligibility criteria for AIIMS is that a student should have a minimum of sixty percent in the board exam of class twelve. That's it so you can cover up your low physics marks with that of other subjects, so yes your eligible.

Yes you are eligible for AIIMS 2019, as the minimum requirement is of 60% aggregate in your 10+2.

So as you have 65% in 12th so you are easily eligible for the same.
